It's Wednesday Addams from The Addams Family, I decided to put her first because as far to my knowledge, she was the first goth girl to be introduce tot he media, however I and the rest might know her best in the 90's movies, TV show and cartoon series. 

I always found Wednesday to be the dark twisted little girl that she doesn't do the thing she does cause she is evil, but more because it interesting to her. Though I find it funny that the whole family despite being gothic and dark humored and actually one big happy family (which would explain the joke in the 60's show).
